These terms and conditions apply to all use of the website peakpeptides.ltd and to all orders placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are

2. Products and intended use
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes and are expressly not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostics or therapeutic use.
The products are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetics and are not approved or registered as such by any authority.
Images and descriptions are indicative. We aim for complete and accurate information, but obvious mistakes or errors do not bind us.
3. Age and eligibility
You declare that you are 18 or older and that you will use the products solely within a legitimate research context, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Orders and prices
All prices are in euros and include any VAT due, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.
An agreement is formed once your order and payment have been confirmed via our payment provider and you have received a confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected misuse, or where delivery to your country is not permitted.
5. Payment
Payment is processed via our secure payment provider. We do not receive or store full payment card details ourselves.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you are in principle entitled to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Given the nature of our products, this exception applies to opened vials.

7. Complaints and conformity
We deliver products that conform to the agreement. Is a product damaged or incorrectly delivered? Contact us within 7 days of receipt at vandenheerik.services@gmail.com with your order details and, if possible, photos, so we can offer a suitable solution.
8. Liability
The buyer is fully responsible for safe, legal and correct use of the products within a research context. PeakPeptides is not liable for any use that deviates from the intended research purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may also submit it via the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
