As a consumer you are in principle entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, due to the nature of the products (sensitive to temperature, sterility and hygiene), the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed vials whose seal has been broken after delivery. Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days after contacting us at vandenheerik.services@gmail.com.
